In the gym… Who would’ve thought!
No, I’m (obviously) not there to lose weight.
I’m there to gain muscles πͺπΌ As a kid I was quite strong, I could do 10 pull-ups in the door and I was always very proud of that. But the door thing went away and so did my muscles…
I am the ‘lucky girl’ who can eat whatever she likes without gaining weight. All fun and games But I want to gain weight, and that’s difficult for me. Which is annoying.
So now I am going to the gym. 2 times a week and maybe 3, I’m not sure about it yet.
It’s the awkward-newbie time π
π But the gym I go to is really nice and quiet and the owners are very supportive.
I’m still figuring everything out with the warm-up, machines and weights but I’m excited about this!
Ofcourse my algorithm picked up on it, so my instagram, pinterest and tiktok is flooding with gym girls and excersizes and all, so that’s very nice π (I even made saved files for gym booty, gym arms and gym home lol) and I’m going to post my 1st picture here of what I look like now and in Part 2 – going to post the progress πͺπΌ Let’s do this! ππΌ
