Death and Dirty Deals
Epstein managed to avoid prosecution for decades, thanks in part to an extremely lenient plea deal in 2008, which resulted in just 13 months of jail time for abusing underage girls. In 2019, he was arrested again on federal charges, but on August 10, 2019, he was found dead in his jail cell ā officially ruled a suicide, though many, including experts, have serious doubts about that conclusion.
Forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht noted that Epsteinās injuries ā including fractures to the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage ā donāt align with typical suicide by hanging.
The documentary doesnāt make any firm conclusions but highlights the many unanswered questions surrounding his death.
Shortly before he died, Epstein moved an estimated $570ā577 million into a trust, potentially leaving victims with little or nothing in compensation. Once again, this shows how he used power and wealth to avoid accountability.
The Suspicious Death of Virginia Giuffre (1983ā2025)
One of the most well-known survivors, Virginia Louise Roberts Giuffre, died on April 25, 2025, at age 41 in Western Australia. Her death was initially ruled a suicide by family and authorities. But her father, Sky Roberts, publicly expressed strong doubts:
> āI donāt think she committed suicideā¦ Somebody got to her.ā
Sky Roberts emphasized that he knew his daughter as an incredibly strong woman ā āwith so much to live forā ā and that he simply doesnāt believe it was suicide. Heās asking for transparency and is looking into whether something suspicious happened.
Giuffre was a key figure in the Epstein case, took a prominent role in the public conversation, and reportedly received a Ā£12 million settlement from Prince Andrew in 2022.
Her death followed a serious bus accident in late March 2025, which caused kidney failure and left her hospitalized for several weeks.

Iām not sure whether to recommend it or not ā itās definitely not a feel-good watch. But it will make you think. There are plenty of conspiracy theories out there, but whether weāll ever truly know everythingā¦ I honestly wonder.
It was painful to watch. I truly wish all the victims and their families healing and peace.
And one thought that kept running through my mind whenever I heard a liar speak was:
> āNo matter how fast a lie runs… the truth will eventually catch up.ā

Ik weet niet zo goed of ik hem aan moet raden of niet, je wordt er niet vrolijk van. Het zet je wel aan het denken en er zijn veel ‘complot’ theorieĆ«n te vinden maar of we het echt ooit allemaal te weten zullen komen… ik ben benieuwd.
Het was pijnlijk om te kijken, ik gun de slachtoffers en nabestaanden alle geluk. En iets wat vaak bij mij opkwam toen ik een leugenaar hoorde praten was ‘al is de leugen nog zo snel… de waarheid achterhaalt haar wel.’
